We will work with you to create the perfect menu. While Pablo loves to highlight the flavors of Peru, his seventeen years of working in New York City and Los Angeles restaurants have made him well-versed in French, New American, and Italian cuisines. Additionally, we cater shoots, retreats, and conferences, bringing with us the best seasonal produce, bold flavors, and eco-friendly tableware and utensils.
